7 ways to attract abundance
To have success in attracting what you want, you have to feel the feelings of your desire before what you want has manifested. So, to attract more abundance into your life, you have to find a way to feel abundant first. You have to become a vibrational match to the abundance you wish to attract.
So how do you feel abundant when the reason you want more abundance is because you don't feel you have it? Sounds ridiculous, right?
You have the ability to generate the feelings that are different from how you feel now about your current reality when you focus upon it. You can decide and deliberately practice feeling any way you want until it becomes your second nature and your point of attraction. That's what it means to be a deliberate creator; thinking and feeling on purpose so that we become a vibrational match and attract more of what we want.
Here are the 7 ways I used to deliberately practice and attract more abundance into my life...
1. Identify the feelings of abundance; what are the emotions that you would feel if the abundance you want would be yours now? For me it's choices, fun, freedom, even love. Find out what abundance means to you in emotional terms and set out to practice those feelings deliberately and consistently; visualize, feel them in your body, write them down, etc.
2. Look for abundance around you. It's easier to notice what's lacking then what we have. By switching this around, you'll have switched your point of attraction and invite more abundance in all areas. Remember, what you focus on expands.
3. Make gratitude lists (on a piece of paper or list mentally) and say 'thank you" for the things you already have. Allow yourself to feel the gratitude in your body, let it magnify and expand.
4. Understand that you come from abundance. Observe little children, they are connected to the supply and abundance that is natural and available to all. They believe it. It's the limiting beliefs you pick up that prevent you from experiencing it.
5. Recognize and work on any limiting beliefs that may be preventing you from allowing and attracting abundance and replace them with new unlimited beliefs.
6. Meditate. When you empty your mind from the inner and outer chatter, you will come to know your true self, which doesn't know lack, only abundance.
7. Refuse any thoughts, conversations, and subjects that activate the vibration of lack and limitation within you. Whatever doesn't feel good to you when you focus upon it means that your true self is not in agreement with it and is letting you know that you need to course correct your focus.
